AVRISP mkII is cheap (>GBP30), it works with AVRStudio nicely and 
supports the tiny45.  We have a few at work that have worked 
flawlessly.  I've got a clone from www.ere.co.th that also works 
well.  Sometimes it's worth spending a little bit of money on 
commercial kit...
