There's a DIP socket on the STK500 that you can plug the Tiny13 into and program with. You may find that you have to remove jumpers after programming, though, depending on your circuit. A better solution might be to wire up a breadboard with the Tiny13 on it and put a programming header or cable on it so you can plug the STK500 onto it to program. > How > about using the debugWIRE?
