It's a pain to transfer the licence from one machine to the other, as the process goes as follows: You have a PC with CVAVR on You install it on another PC, which gives you a 16 or 20 character serial number You have to then export the licence from the first PC, supplying the serial number given the second PC when installing CVAVR At that point, the first PC's copy won't run, and the second PC's will. You could get a copy of DeepFreeze and export your licence as many times as you like - rebooting your system will reinstate the first PC's licence every time :-) At work (an EE department at a university) we decided that as CodeVision don't do discounts for multiple copies / educational usage, we'd just use GCC.
