  Yeah, I was pretty certain it can be recovered from, but I have no 
idea what I have to change on the chip to get it runing, at this point. 
I'd liek to takeit back to where it was when it arrived from Atmel, 
withthe sample program in place.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
