Well, my friend, you will then understand if no one will go out of their way to help you in the future as most of your problems seem to be self inflicted :-( I have only used the ZIF socket on my Dragon once to do HVPP, it was EXTREMELY easy to wire up the socket according to the pictures and instructions on the help file. I have also ordered several bunches of patch cables from ERE in case I need to use the ZIF socket again, very unlikely but possible, so I'm well armed.
