Actually, since having to reinstall Win2K Pro due to an HDD crash, I 
can.  I looked in the known issues area,
and see nothing relevant.

Also, the program was counting before (I lost the sources when my HDD 
crashed )-: ).  I have no working floppy diskette drive, controller 
died, so I have no easy economical means of backing up my source right 
now.   Willbe building a new syste,m hopefully next week.

TCNT1 never changes, which is weird, becasue inthe previous version it did.
