i have 2 question
first,why when i write long program on bascom-avr the compiler shows 
error 999 it says DEMO/BETA only supports 2048 bytes of code

second, how we can get some personal information about the memberships

i do my homework i read more datasheet but what i ask about i cant understand and i search on net and i found the same result.......

Then you're missing some basics.  The things you're asking about, as was 
explained in a previous post, are some of the most basic when it comes 
to microcontrollers.  If you don't understand these there probably isn't 
anything here for you...not to be short with you, but that's the way it 
is.  Although simple concepts in the grand scheme of things, these are 
not items that can be explained in a few short sentences on a discussion 
board.

It sounds like you're in over your head at this point.  Maybe it would 
be better to go back and take a more basic course...or re-take one you 
may not have done well in before.

It appears that the "free" demo version of Bascom is
limited to programs that are 2K in maximum size. This is a
very common way to do things. If you want to write bigger
programs, you have to buy!
