AVR-Chat

Hi all,

   I've tried to download avr-libc doc files from :
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/avr-libc/
and every file type that I've tried to get, tar, PDF, whatever, has been 
corrupt and can't be untar'd or read by their supposed formats.  Is 
there something I'm missing about this?  It seems unlikely that every 
single download is corrupt, but ???  I've tried several from 1.4.4 to 
1.4.7 and none of them will open properly.  No docs appear to be 
downloaded with the avr-libc install and I'd LOVE to know what is in there!

Have you tried downloading from a different site?

Erik,

   Every site refers back to the savanna site.  I have found no 
independent file anywhere.  I have discovered that my Mac HTML tools are 
probably interpreting the files wrong, going to command line and doing 
it manually got it to work.  Other kind souls have also helped.
