Half duplex UART with the USI

Half duplex UART with the USI

2009-12-16 by Les Grant

Hi all,

It looks like I can implement a half duplex UART with the USI on a
tiny45 on a single pin (Tx/Rx on DI) rather than the usual separate
DI and DO pins. Can anyone confirm if this is possible please?
Thanks.

Regards,
Les Grant.

Yes, be sure there is enough delay between Xmit out to Recv in.

This is just a simplex comm system.
