ISP for Tiny84

ISP for Tiny84

2011-01-23 by Steve Hodge

The data sheet for the Tiny84 does not explicitly mention "ISP" but I assume
it can be done because the manual for my ISPMkII programmer says it supports
the Tiny84 with ISP. Am I correct that the "Memory Programming" section of
the data sheet is the relevant section and that I:

-- leave the SPIEN fuse in its default programmed state ("SPI prog.
enabled")
-- pin "PA4 (ADC4/USCK/SCL/T1/PCINT4)" is the one that I connect to the
"SCK" line of a standard 2x3 ISP header?

The pins for the "MISO", "MOSI" and "RESET" connections to the header are
pretty clear. It's just this "USCK" one that has me (slightly) perplexed.
I just don't want to design a pcb without first confirming.

Thanks, Steve
