Is this a real Arduino board or did you build it yourself?

And for a silly question: If the later did you program the
boot-loader into the chip or did you buy a chip with boot-loader
installed?

No, I am sorry. It's just a regular breadboard. I bought the chips with the
Arduino bootloader installed from SparkFun.

I have other Arduino stuff though and would definitely recommend the
prefabricated boards if you're considering buying one.
