Fast 5-bit ADC routine help required.

Can anyone help? I've an application which requires 132 ADC samples to be taken. Only 5- bit accuracy is needed but I would like to run the onboard convertor as fast as possible (ATMEGA32). The results need to be stored in memory for processing later. Only a single channel is required. Has anyone any code they would care to share or tips on getting started? (C or assembly). many thanks Ken
