No adc on 2313.

  I'll also suggest the mega48/88/168.

  If you need very fast pwm or a gain stage, maybe one of the tinys.

I'd forgotten the lack of ADC on the 2313. Looking over the data sheet again
I think that the TWI hardware on the 48, will work better in this situation
than the USI( Universal Serial Interface ).  I have to suggest the 48 also,
even with the larger size ( 28 pin ).
