Help on Porting of UCOS-II on AVR 8515.

2004-04-07 by Ganesh

HI,
I am trying to port the UCOS-II on the AVR8515. I am using the IAR
studio for this as the compiler.
The .s90 files which are to be used from the port are not compiling.
If the .s990 files rae removed then the OS compiles but gives the
problem on linking?
Has any one ported UCOS on 8515 and had posed to the same problem? If
yes what should be done to solve the problem.
Is it the fact that I have to write the .s90 files in C again?
Please help!!!!!

It has been ported to the AVR several times.
Why don't you just look at the "Ports" page at the micrium website ?

Cool!! I'm going to use the ATmega128 port from Micrium :) Nice to
know someone else is doing UCOS-II.

I would suggest joining the MicriumNewsGroup on Yahoo also if you aren't
already there.

Isn't there already a port for the AVR8515? Have you check the Micrium
site? Lemme check.

There are 11 different ports for Atmel parts on http://ucos-ii.com/.
Even if there isn't an exact one for your processor there may be one
that's close and I find that's usually the case.

Please keep in touch and let me know how you're doin'. Thanks :)
