As far as I can tell the Tiny15L is still in full production.
IF it would be obsoleted, what would stop you using the Tiny 25/45/85?

The fact that it has on chip debug? Or TOO MUCH flash? Or faster than
the Tiny15? The USI? The addition of pin change interrupt? Is it the lower
current consumption?
