Hi > Maybe i should get a Q+ with it's analog Filters. I don't know..if you have the Q...but if you can sell it by good money, than that can make sence...here I can not sell a Q...Waldorf is not that well known... Still, for the price difference (with the associated $ loss to sell the Q and buy the overpriced Q+) then I think its wiser to keep the Q and buy the A6. > Q is already THE machine that fits my needs. > I just love the filter routing and the way to work with it. > I just miss the Analog feeling and fatness... > But i am wondering how many times the audio is converted AD/DA??? Lol... > DIgital (Osc) > Analog (Filt) > Digital (Fxs or whatever...) > Would on that machine still be a Fat Analog Feeling??? I don't know...never been near one...still I think they are asking a stupidly high premium price for the Q+, and now with ttheir new ABF then it really makes no sence as it may mean that in 1 year or 2 we will be able to get much more powerful soft synths like reaktor (or whatever) with Waldorf Q+ analog filters..in fact that was a genious idea from Waldorf, only had they put in the ABF a firewire interface instead of USB2.0... > I am a fellow into Electro everything. > Electro Industrial, Electro Hip Hop, Electro Techno/House/Trance, Electro > Pop... > All... but just with a good Electro Feeling. Than the Q its for you ;) Well, one of the reasons I always quit trying to sell my Q is exactly because I also love Electroanything (especialy house/glitch house) and in that regard the Q has very hight marks indeed...I would even say, that its one of the fields where it rules over the A6.
