Depends on what settings you have. Filter 1's bass does not drop dramatically as you turn up the resonance. Filter 2, however, has it's bass output drop steeply as you add resonance. This falls in line with how the Moog's transistor Ladder filter design functioned, and it is normal. Luckily, the A6 comes with a pre-filter mix to allow you to mix in this missing element of bass. Just make sure you don't overload the VCA, because it distorts the wave and only adds mid harmonics.
