Hi. I had no joy with trying to get answers. Roland service here in my part of Australia is pretty remote, though they did suggest I adjust the contrast "blind" via the manual. This was a good idea, but alas...no fix! A tech has my unit as we speak and is confident in an easy fix....should have it back this week...will let you know!
