Not sure what you mean. Use the guitar amp's input
for your guitar and the input and output on the back for the send/return. Take a
look on page 15 of the VF-1 manual. Hook the guitar amp up like the mixer in the
picture to the right. The mic is of course the guitar. If the guitar amp doesn't
have an effect send/return, than you can't do this.
