I don't think there is a easy way, hence my midigearsetupstory, I donno
another way as you described to change midi channels on the fc-200.

We talked before about the vf1/fc200 midi stuff,my email dated 28-10-2001
contains some info I got concerning VF's bankselect CC numbers I got from
Roland.
