Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Can I use MIDI-OX without the MIDI-Yoke to simply upload/download patches
from my PC to the VF-1?
Where's the best bank to save other people's patches for checking out the
sound, user?

  few of those patches are difficult to download ,most of them are easy to
  transfer,so try mine !!!and tell about but try them not directly in your
amp
  but prefer the return effect input,it's sound better in most patches.
  so with the midi-ox search the sysex panel and send the file (after open
it)
  it's not hard at all!!
