Not in this patch I guess, you could play with it for a time but i don't
think the signal can be fixed at a specific position.

Try this: select Pb 71, set the Delay-type to 3tap.
Delay-Time C to 0.
Time L and R to 100 %.
Feedback at 68 (or something else you like)

The panning is done with the following parameters: set Level (C) to Zero,
now you can choose the pan position by changing Level Left and Level Right.

Make sure that the Direct Level is set to 0 (or almost zero) and the FX
level is set to high values (100 or so)
