I agree. I think it's bogus that Roland doesn't do on-line manuals. Almost all of their competition does nowadays. I even found an on-line manual for the 1988 Digitech GSP-5 that my VF-1 replaced. Sigh. I have a manual and access to a scanner but do not know much about generating PDF files. I'd be willing to help (but it seems like it would take a loong time to scan every page). Maybe we can get a bunch of people on the group to each scan in 10 or so full pages at a specific resolution, drop them somewhere, and have someone knowledgable about PDF organize it into one file. Heck. I'm considering buying the Boss OD-20 and wanted to look at the manual on-line the other day to get a more in depth view of it, but went to the website and remembered Roland doesn't do on-line manuals. I may just buy something else instead. Too bad Roland's stuff sounds so good. ;) --- In BossVF1@yahoogroups.com, "the_mincer <vf1@h...>" <vf1@h...> wrote: > It would be a wonderful thing to have the VF1 manual in the 'files' > section of the YahooGroups site.
