ok ,so you are at same stateof mind as me before i took the risk to get the vf -1... yes this is a risk because you are right ,there a outrageous silence around the vf-1,but think about the price and the possibility...there is nothing that can bring it to you. You can chain some of your effect where you want(preamp,eq,mod,for example),well in the best position that can be 'plausible',delay before distortion for example(if you like Tool or Perfect circle ,you know what i mean..) I use a lot of amps and multi effect and pedals well you can't be deceived by a vf-1(i don't work in Roland industry),the only thing that is a problem is the lack of software related to it ,and the global lack of information but if you other details wrote....therefore i go to sleep ,it's late for me ,i'm back from a party....goodnight!
