Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Hello group,

This week I lost all the music on the same two year old minidisc, last
Wednesday and now this night again .

Blanc (TDK Lucir) disc, 0 tracks and 74 minutes and 59 seconds free space it
says on the display of the also 2 years old Sony mds-je 640 minidisc-player.

Is the disc malfunctioning, TOC area/sector damaged or  is  the
minidiscplayer auto-erasing my recordings, anybody simular expierences ?
How reliable is minidisc , I have this thing for two years now and it works
very easy, as long as it holds my music.........
