Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Hello,

Just picked up a used VF-1 for my bass rig and am in need of some assistance in getting it 
to work with my Behringer FCB1010 MIDI controller.

Program changes are working fine, Expression A is also working fine.  For some reason the 
VF-1 doesn't seem to be recognizing Expression B.

I've tried changing the MIDI channel it transmits on to no avail.  The little circular graphic 
the VF-1 flashes when receiving a MIDI message doesn't flash when I stomp on the EXP B 
pedal but works fine with the program changes and EXP A.
