Hy, distortion is all simulated, and is possible to get inputs separates, it also have separate gain pot on the front side, anyway i use it as a fx in a loop so i don't use it's simulations because I prefer to use my Bogner shiva to get my sound, I've tried to use it as a preamp and it sounds good but the feel of a multifx is really different from a real tube amp. Hope that helps you! Two questions: 1. The GT-5 has a real transistor distortion sound. Does the VF1 have it or are they all simulated. 2. Is there any fancy programming workaround to get an FX loop, perhaps by inputting and outputting separately on the left and right channels (I don't need stereo). I have a Rockman plugged in to my GT-5 FX loop, I'd hate to lose that functionality. Thanks Stublito [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
