Boss VF-1 Effect Processor

Hello there.
I downloaded new version of system to my VF-1, it has overwriten all
the settings and few of my presets (f**k). Ok, nevermind...
I'm discovering feedback, when I'm playing on my guitar now. I checked
all system settings, my mixer and PC Card (I'm recording in home),
lowered the humbuckers on my RG470 and still nothing. And finally, 
level of LoZ and amount of feedback depends on level of HiZ input.
I dunno, what am I doin' wrong. I'll try to fix this but maybe some
of you have encountered and solved problem like this, before.

Hardware: 
Delta 1010 <- Alesis 1622 <- VF1 <- Ibanez RG470 

What are the changes, between different software versions 
for VF1 Unit?

is it really hi frequency feedback, not like normal guitar feedback?  i've been getting really high frq feedback out of my vf-1, but i always get that playing through a processor...any kind of processor.  i'm still trying to figure this out too.  i never get regular guitar feedback.
let me know  if you discover a fix.

Aye.

Err... It begins, after the upgrade of system in my VF-1. 
I get thru all the settings - nothing's wrong. Before, I was playing
with Digitech S100, connected between VF1 and Alesis mixer and 
everything was fine.

Nights are getting shorter, and shorter, and shorter... yawn.
