I can't answer all your questions, I can just say that I have the FCB1010,
and it handles wah just fine .. the only complaint I have is that it goes
out of sync after a while.. what I mean is that for eg, when I raise the
pedal all the way (midi signal is supposed to go between 0 and 127) it
doesn't go all the way down to 0 ..
other than that, the FCB1010 is great, it's sturdy and can take quite a
beating (I use it for gigging)
could someone tell me how to reset it so that it goes all the way down to 0
and all the way up to 127?
Eddy

Subject: [BossVF1] MIDI Wah vs. Pedal Wah
Date: Tue, 08 Apr 2003 07:59:54 -0000
Hi,
i'm thinking of buying a Behringer FCB1010 Midi Foot controller.
What is the quality of the Wah?
Is the VF-1 fast enough to handle midi datas for fast Wah playing?
Is a analog expression pedal like the BOSS EV-5 better for handling
the Wah effekt?
Does anybody has experiences with both methods? Speed is important
Greetings Faro.
Btw. Is there any possibility to change the algorithm of a patch? Or
do i have to start a new patch from an preset with this different
algo?. The manuals says thats not possible, though it is with the help
of the sounddiver editor
