Flash update

Hi out there, I have got a problem when I want to make a flash update. I have the updater and the midi files and everything on my computer works fine but my VF-1 receives nothing... anyone an idea? What software can I use transfer presets (.syx) into it? I tried out Midi Ox but it is the same problem... thanks for help... Sven [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
