I tried it,but still the same results.I'll just have to power down after I change banks.I'm at least able to change banks , and that is a huge plus as far as I'm concerned .I thank you for your effort.

This may be a long shot, but give it a try. After the dump, send the close command to your VZ (F0 44 03 00 7N 71 F7). Maybe this will keep you from having to power down to enjoy the uploaded banks.

F0 44 03 00 7N 51 DD F7 is basically the Card Change command (and the Shift Change command on the VZ-8m). On the VZ-8m, which has additional banks built in, the values for DD are as follows: 20 = PST1, 21=PST2, 40=INT. With other VZs that only have banks on cards, the command lets you switch between card banks (DD= 00 --> 03).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
