thanks. It was long ago, and the sounds have been lost in the great
battary drain of 89, but I'll try..
The "vocoder" sound is a sound in which the wave of osc1 is probably 7
or 8, it obviouly evolved over all 8 stages. the mix between ocs1 ond
ocs2 is pretty drastic (probably +3octaves, and 7semi tones), they are
mixed with a ring mod. I'm not sure what the wave of osc2 was, it could
have been 1+1 but I doubt it, it might have been wave4 which I like
using too.
btw, try to experiment with mixing the osc's with ring mod and detuning
of 7 semitones and 1 or more octaves, it's a sweet spot I like a lot.
It's not totaly accurate that there are no effects.. there is a delay
effect, which is accomplished by copying a track and delaying it when
it's panned differantly then the original (the arpegio and the wierd
precussion... I just love cz wierd precussion, btw.)
The sound that I'm most proud of is the distortion guitar chords, which
was a sound developped from a lead guitar patch I got from keyboard
magazine. I think I wrote it down somewhere, I'll try to locate it if
your interested.
Cheers,
Eitan
