About 20 years ago I wrote an MSDOS/Pascal based VZ10M editor - it is probably impractical to run it on a modern PC but feel free to browse through the source

Minor correction (based on CZ-5000/CZ-3000), so far as I know, pre-CZ-1 CZs transmit the third midi byte as decimal 64 [ e.g., 0x90 0x20 0x40 or 144 32 64].
