Hi all - I want to put the coffeeshopped App on my iPhone so I can edit patches there vs a laptop. Do they make a midi to lightning cable?

Just use a standard MIDI USB interface and the Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter:
Make sure you get the original Apple’s USB adapter and not a ‘compatible’ one; otherwise it could not work properly.
If the App you’re using uses system exclusive messages intensively, I also recommend not to purchase the cheapest MIDI interface; cheap interfaces usually fail when dealing with sysex stuff.
