Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

As I said earlier, upon flipping my  cz3000 over, I did discover a battery 
hatch containing 3 highly corroded AA (not fashlight at all, surprisingly) 
batteries.  I replaced them and they've done the trick as far as retaining 
patches...
