Fix for Windows Unisyn CZ Profiles

For those of you who have Unisyn for Windows and could not get your CZ
to communicate, I have the fix. A while ago I hacked the profiles so
that they actually work. The profiles can be downloaded at
http://home.att.net/~karlos/midi.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
