light replacement for RZ-1 & CZ 101

Hello

I need to replace the lights for my RZ-1 & CZ 101 machines. Any idea if
there is any place on the net where I can find how to do it and also what
kind of bulbs (?) I should purchase? Cheers for any help you can give me.
