Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi all,

   Does anyone know a site where I can download or see the sounds 
from the original Casio Sound Data Book that came with the CZ101, 
etc. I'm not looking for "SYX" files, just the original sheets with 
data (parameters,etc) so I can input them into the synth myself. I 
can't seem to locate the Sound Data book that originally came with 
my CZ, and as I recall there were some cool sounds in that book. Any 
help would be appreciated. Thanks
