Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

i plan to do an electronic version of the original vz-1 manual, 
although some say it is crap ( and the book pdf from this site
is much better)  still it is hardly available + i'd like to
contribute....  
need advice on how to best do this..
pdf, gif, jpeg..??  it has 115 pages, but 2 each would fit din a 4.
