Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi--I've just bought a copy of Cakewalk Home Studio 2002, and am hoping to 
record and fool around with my Casios. While I'm waiting for it arrive in 
the mail, I thought I'd ask the forum if anyone has any experieince using 
this software with a CZ 5000 or the FZ-1? I'm new to all of this, and would 
appreciate any advice or feedback on using this software with a CZ synth.  
Should I use the MIDI interface, or record audio? Any hardware/software 
conflicts I sould be aware of?
