Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I left it at the default for both in and out: 256 bytes, 16 buffers.  
I thought of you when I looked at those settings and wondered if you 
reallly needed to change them. (This is my first experience with 
MidiOx, and I am not sure what is going on behind the scenes.)
