Just my opinion, because you asked . . .

If you really like the CZ-1 sounds and don't have smilar sounds in 
other gear, keep it.

If you you use the CZ-1 for a keyboard controller and you don't have 
any other velocity-sensitive keyboard controllers, keep it.

If you don't use the CZ-1 for its sounds and don't need it as a 
controller or if you want to use the $222 US to buy another keyboard 
(or other gear), sell it.

There is a site that tells the going rate for used synth gear.  I 
don't have the url for the site.  Maybe someone else here does. I am 
not sure if $222 is a good price or not.

PS: On my CZ, I really liked some of the spacey sounds I created; 
plus the CZ-1 is my only velocity sensitive keyboard.
