Sorry I couldn’t answer before. I have programmed the sound you sent, and
I’ve found that the problem is in the STEP 2 of both DCW1 and DCW2 ENV. You
have set Step2: Rate= 99, Level=00 (End). This abrupt decay causes the
filter to make click noises.

You just have to reduce the value, for example Step2: Rate = 75, Level=00
(End) in both DCW1 and DCW2. Clicks will then disappear, and makes no other
difference in the sound.
