Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi there, 
             I'm afraid I can't help you there as I never found a RAM 
cartridge anywhere. They're as rare as hobby horse do do. I use my trusty Boss BL1 
midi librarian instead which can save entire memory dumps or individual memory 
locations. I can tell you that there is a program called 'dumpster' that is 
compatible with the CZ range. Unfortunately it only works with Windows 98 or 
older. Alesis also do a midi sysex unit called 'datadisk' which also does the same 
as the afore mentioned. Hope this helps...
