Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hello fellow Casio users!
  I have a VZ-10M that I picked up a few months ago, which I have 
pretty much figured out, Except, in the "Normal" mode, it's almost a 
fourth flat. All the other modes are fine.(Which makes no sense) I can 
fix the tuning on each sound, except the other three modes would be 
out. I've re-initialized, but it didn't help. Any help would be 
greatly appreaciated.
