Hi I'm new, need direction please, thanks

Hi everyone, basically just yesterday i received my CZ-101 i had 
ordered and I really have no clue what I'm doing heh

It's my first synth and I really want to learn to play and would be 
thrilled with any tips/forms of direction you all can give me.

are there books i should get etc?
