My guess is that Casio provided the original documents. I don't think Casio copyrighted the midi material for the CZ line. If I am right, it would probably not be coprighted. On the other hand, if someone scanned the whole compilation that was published and tried to make money selling it, I would assume Hal Leonard as publisher might be concerned.
