Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hello everyone--
I have just put up for sale two more items from my Casio synth pile--a
MINT condition VP-2 volume pedal for the CZ synths, and a book on the
FZ-1 sampler. The book is the very hard to find "Essential Guide to
Practical Applications" by Scacciaferro and DeFuria. Anyone need these?
