Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I replaced the internal battery on my casio CZ-1 and restored the 
original presets by using the initialize button, but everytime after I 
turn it off and turn it back on I lose the titles to the presets? not 
the preset sounds just the titles. Anyone know why this is happening? 
also I am not quite sure how to write over an existing preset, I tried 
pressing the write button, but it asks for where to write it to. I dont 
have any cartridges and I made sure the protect button on back was off. 
Anyone willing to tell a newbie how to save your new paremeters?
