VZ-1 MIDI patches

Hi everybody.
  Sometime ago I asked the group about how to transfer MIDI patches from computer to the VZ. Rambo kindly gave me directions about that. Now I have the MIDI cable and downloaded Cakewalk demo version but still could not transfer anything to the VZ. Could someone again give me a hand?
